Recipes - A very nice salad¨

just for a change, since this blog is totally destructured, I will go off topic and write down a recipe of a niiiice salad we came up with my boss (i.e. girlfriend) yesterday.

in the beginning it was going to be post about politics (something like: Greece an example not to follow for italy - not on debrt management but on citizens attitude) but I had to endure listening to a few mind numbing idiocies (backed up by completed invented numbers..) this morning, so I need to relax 5 minutes after lunch...

So the recipe:

Green salad (of whatever sort you like)
Parmigiano
Balsamic vinegar
Oil (extra virgin olive)
Cherry tomatoes
an as-cruncy-as-possible type of bread. But crunchy

How to prepare:

pour the salad in a bowl
cut the cherry tomatoes in pieces of four. Throw them in the bowl
finely slice or grate the parmesan. throw it in the bowl
atomize the bread in small, crunchy pieces. Throw it in the bowl
Drown the content in Oil and balsamic vinegar

Eat.

Is yummi, really!!
